Job Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Job Type: Full-time, Commission-based only! Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Officer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Promote the company\'s products and services to potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Participate in the development of marketing plans and promotional activities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and results
- Maintain a strong understanding of the local business community in Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE
- Assist clients with company setup in the UAE and Ras Al Khaimah, including visa and other related processes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the local business community in Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE
- Experience with company setup in the UAE and Ras Al Khaimah
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license
