Identify, analyse, attract, and develop current and new business opportunities and revenues in fields: \xe2\x80\xa2 Scheduled route development: analyse the market and identify opportunities, create strategies to increase frequencies and load factor of existing routes, analyse and develop markets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Charter and tourism flights development: develop new charter flights to RKT along with tourism stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cargo development: take part on cargo development through analysis and searching new opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 General aviation: search, identify and develop opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Non-Aero business and revenues development: acquire new non-aero partners to RKT airport and develop new revenue streams for the airport (car park, car hire, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and develop existing commercial relationships with all partners and stakeholders of the airport. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop analysis and business cases for existing and new business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending seminars and conferences to promote the airport. \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete and maintain contractual agreements with various airlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other tasks as assigned by superior (CCO) \xe2\x80\xa2 Data management: analyse, interpret traffic data from data tools to create report and strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and coordinate RKT PR events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Marketing: jointly form and execute marketing strategy of the airport to increase brand awareness and load factor of flights \xe2\x80\xa2 Social networks: jointly form and run the social media of the airport.

Job Requirements Have experience of working within a challenging commercial environment and will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their work \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a proven track record in airline industry/ airport business, or any B2B business \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical, negotiation and organizational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to build and maintain effective relationships \xe2\x80\xa2 Language proficiency

Qualification Degree / Masters in Travel and Tourism / Communication / Business / Marketing. Previous experience as BDM in aviation / airport industry.
