Job Description
A leading Rope Access and Access Solutions Company operating across UAE and GCC, is looking for Business Development Officewr to join our team within KSA territories. This is an exciting opportunity within a dynamic team awaits the right candidate. This strategic role will suit an organized person with a great eye for details, plenty of team spirit & a strong interest in the Rope Access and work at heights business, Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Ability to plan and generate new leads through Business Development
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients\' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in sales /marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience in Rope access or similar industries in UAE (scaffold, or other access solutions, BMU, construction )
- Experience: Minimum 02 Years
- Car and valid KSA driving license
- Current position and experience of candidates should be same in Sales/Business Development
- Preferred Nationalities (based on current company structure): Arabic speaker is a preference
- Package: TBD(Salary+Commission)
- Dubai Free Zone: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
