Job description About the Company: Trinity INT is a supplier for ingredients and manufacturer for consumer products within the body care, hair care, home and laundry care and pet care segments. We serve customers within the B2B and B2C segments. We are currently seeking an energetic, and self-motivated individual for a sales and marketing, business development position. Candidate would be responsible for:
- researching and utilizing resources and trade databases to find potential customers and developing new customers through cold calling and emailing
- Acquiring the authorization for a product launch in the local/international market
- identifying customer requirements and market trends through market research
- negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
- setting and achieving sales targets
- collaborating with head office and other divisional sales executives within the company to work towards a common goal
- assisting in the development of finished products and ensuring they are registered and comply with country specific standards
- Manage time to organize and plan daily and monthly activities
- Perform industry, competitor and pricing analysis regularly
- Be creative and think of innovative ways to grow the business and market products Candidate requires:
- ability to work independently and in a team
- passion for sales and talking to people
- fast learner and ability to independently research regarding products and their uses
- self-motivated, enthusiastic and results oriented
- proficiency with MS office
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- proven track record and history of successful sales experience
- experience in consumer product development and/or chemistry Work Experience: At least 2 years of international sales experience is required \xe2\x80\x93 with a track-record of sales targets being met and surpassed. Education: Bachelors degree in a business or science related field; with preference given to business, marketing or chemistry majors. Compensation: The candidate will be responsible for the market share growth of the company. Therefore, compensation will be a combination of a base salary, plus commission and a profit/growth sharing portion as well.
