We are seeking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to drive revenues for UAE and USA based Telecom projects by making cold calls or responding to inquiries and providing live chat assistance in a competitive environment. Requirement:

• Must have 1 year sales experience in Outbound /or Inbound calling.
• Must have Good Communication Skills.
• Must be Target Oriented.
• Must have good knowledge of Probing and Call Flow.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling
• Persuade customer by Inbound /or Outbound calls to purchase Etisalat/Du services
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers
• Meeting regular sales targets by count and revenue
• Accurately obtaining customer information such as name and address etc...
• Excellent work ethics
• Delivering accurate information about the product that describe the company's services in an appeal manner to persuade potential customers.
• Explaining services and product prices
• Answering customer's questions about services
• Keeping track of customers that have been contacted for follow-ups and avoid calling those who do not want to be contacted in the future
• Following up on previous customers for potential sales
• Maintaining records of sales and leads generated by individuals
