Business Development Manager - HR & Recruitment Services (Dubai)
We are seeking an
experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager
to join our growing team in Dubai. This pivotal role will focus on driving our business growth through strategic client acquisition and expanding our market presence within the HR and recruitment services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Proactively contact potential clients to establish relationships, understand their HR and recruitment needs, and schedule meetings to discuss customized solutions.
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
Conduct detailed market research to assess industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands. Develop and implement tailored strategies to attract and acquire new clients in the HR and recruitment space.
Business Opportunity Generation:
Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the company's client base by offering innovative and value-driven recruitment solutions.
Client Relationship Development:
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and fostering repeat business opportunities.
Collaboration with Senior Management:
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding market dynamics, competitor activities, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Industry Networking:
Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and professional networking events to enhance the company's visibility and strengthen professional relationships within the HR and recruitment industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or staffing industry.
Strong knowledge of the local HR and recruitment market in Dubai, with a clear understanding of industry trends and client needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans, leveraging insights from market research.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with a strong focus on achieving growth targets.
Previous experience in attending and presenting at industry events and client meetings.
Salary:
3500 AED-4500 AED +commission
Salary is based on experience and discussion upon interview.
