Job Purpose: The Business Development Manager Facilities Management is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing contracts related to facilities management services. This role requires a deep understanding of the FM industry, including services such as HVAC, cleaning, MEP, landscaping, security, and soft/hard services. Principal Accountabilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities management sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tender documents in coordination with the technical and commercial teams.
Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to deliver customized FM solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy.
Attend industry events, networking meetings, and exhibitions to promote the companys services.
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new contracts.
Provide input into pricing strategies and service delivery models.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and activity logs.
