The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the education technology sector and a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships with schools and educational institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the company\'s presence in the UAE.
• Identify and prospect potential school partners and educational institutions to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within schools, educational organizations, and government entities.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements to ensure favorable terms for all parties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for potential partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.
• Represent Education at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company\'s visibility.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of proven experience in business development, partnership management, or sales, preferably in the EdTech sector.
• A solid understanding of the education landscape in the UAE, including knowledge of key stakeholders and decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Multilingual proficiency, especially in English and Arabic

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience working within the EdTech industry, specifically with a focus on digital learning solutions.
• Established network and relationships within schools, educational institutions, and government bodies in the UAE.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in educational technology.

Salary: AED 24000 /- + Standard benefits as per UAE law
