About the Client:
A well-established group of companies with expertise in diversified business units such as technology, healthcare, real estate, tourism, food & beverage and hospitality

- Research and find best locations & landlords for rentals
- Build good relationship with the contracting companies, agents, and landlords
- Negotiate and deal with lawyers, easily understand terms & conditions
- Supervise skills of newly opening business functions (restaurants)
