We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts across the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the region and a proven ability to build remote teams, create strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to expand sales channels and business partnerships.
Recruit, manage, and lead remote sales and marketing teams.
Identify and secure high-value partnerships with companies, brands, and digital platforms in the UAE and GCC.
Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, loyalty programs, and relevant applications.
Track, analyze, and report on business development performance.
Conduct market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with partners and clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the UAE or GCC.
Ability to build and manage high-performance remote teams.
Strong network and professional relationships in the region.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and project management systems.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Own a personal vehicle for job-related travel.
