Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading Thermal Imaging Solutions provider in the Middle East. Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving financial growth by boosting sales of Thermal cameras and by forging strong relationships with Channel Partners.
- Conduct thorough market insight research to analyze the capacity and requirements of the MENA thermal market, with a focus on understanding competitor market shares and trends.
- Emphasize the development of sales channels for thermal products, targeting influential partners within the industry. Identify and establish relationships with key players in the market to strengthen the products presence.
- Concentrate efforts on penetrating key verticals that demand thermal products, including but not limited to oil and gas, electricity, and other facilities.
- Take charge of driving sales for a range of thermal products, such as PTZ dome, stable PTZ, binocular, monocular, etc., ensuring accountability for achieving sales revenue targets.
- Develop a comprehensive annual business plan and execute it diligently, conducting regular monthly and quarterly reviews to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues within the regional sales team to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach in achieving overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Over 3 years in thermal imaging industry in sales and business development.
- Skilled at forming and maintaining strong partner relationships.
- Self-motivated, excelling in driving revenue and taking on challenges.
- Strong presentation abilities.
- Willing to travel 30-50% of the time.
- Collaborative team player achieving business goals.
