Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
to drive growth in the stationery sector across the
Middle East & Africa (MEA)
. The role will focus on expanding into
Middle East
and
African countries
, developing strong partnerships, and supporting revenue diversification initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new product, market, and partnership opportunities in the
MEA stationery market
.
Build and manage strong relationships with
regional distributors, retailers
.
Develop and implement lead generation and sales growth strategies tailored to the stationery industry.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal product teams to align offerings with market demand.
Create and deliver persuasive
business proposals, sales pitches, and marketing presentations
.
Manage business development budgets and ensure strong ROI.
Track, analyze, and report KPIs; adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in the
stationery industry
(mandatory).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
Familiarity with the
MEA region
; prior experience in
Middle East and African countries
.
