Business Development ManagerKey Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share in HVAC insulation and duct systems. Build and maintain strong client relationships with consultants, contractors, and distributors. Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations. Collaborate closely with the technical and production teams to deliver customized solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales in the
HVAC / construction / insulation
field. Strong network within the Saudi market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to represent WTI's brand values in KSA.If you are passionate about growth, innovation, and excellence -- we'd love to hear from you!
