Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom visits and vehicle sales
Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients
Identify new business opportunities, including fleet sales and partnerships
Manage online leads and follow up with potential customers
Represent the showroom at promotional events and networking functions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience
Analyze market trends to stay ahead of competition
Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive sales, business development, or a similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong knowledge of vehicles and financing options is an advantage
Valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Self-motivated and target-driven
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
