As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our success. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to lead our business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fitout and joinery sector.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
Gather client feedback and use it to enhance our services. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and participate in industry events.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team. Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in business development and sales within the interior fitout and joinery industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the construction and design sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Experience:
  • BDM in Joinery Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
  • BDM in Interior Fitout Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
  • Sharjah (Preferred)
