:

Pier Seven Aviation FZC is a world class aviation training facility, operating various types of Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTDs)\xe2\x80\x9d, and conducting initial type rating courses for airlines and private pilots, currently having an exciting new position for a Business Development Manager to join in our Sharjah office.

This position is focused on securing new business aviation training from prospective and current large accounts in an effort to meet sales objectives through solution-based selling. The job holder is responsible for securing new business and supporting the sales team to deliver improved business volumes and yield, whilst also meeting the revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.

\xc2\xb7 Develop Initial / Recurrent Type Rating business.

\xc2\xb7 Develop business relation with various Airlines, ATO and FSTD operators.

\xc2\xb7 Interaction with Indian and various Civil Aviation Authorities.

\xc2\xb7 Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business

\xc2\xb7 Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients.

\xc2\xb7 Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media and display advertising. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive

\xc2\xb7 Provide weekly/monthly sales reporting activities within the defined time frame/process.

\xc2\xb7 Provide monthly/quarterly revenue forecast inputs.

\xc2\xb7 Obtain necessary governance approvals for proposals, including any pricing adjustments.

\xc2\xb7 Use the sales, customer scheduling and booking ERP tool.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the accuracy of the records relating to accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Travel as necessary within territory to ensure the achievement of revenue goals and retention of clients.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that each new account has signed a contract with appropriate terms and conditions.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Mandatory requirement of sales experience in the Aviation Training Organisation / FSTD sector.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years sales experience.

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Sales, Marketing or Aviation.

\xc2\xb7 Strong working knowledge of simulation products (Full Flight Simulator, Flight Training Device, Integrated Procedures Trainer, Virtual Simulator) preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely

\xc2\xb7 Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in ATO / FSTD Operations and Type Rating / Recurrent Training is useful.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English Language and presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Should have own commute arrangement.
