A leading FMCG distribution companies, is presently seeking to hire a Sales Business Development Manager for Sharjah, UAE [ Food Company] JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible of sales, distribution, and promotional activities of fresh Juice, Milk, and organic vegetables and Fruits.
  • Enforce product distribution standards across all trade channels to optimize sales, increase market share and achieve yearly budgets through optimum utilization of resources and efficient team management.
  • Building relationships with the Principles at the highest possible levels and manage negotiations on core areas like gross margins, pricing structure, advertising and promotional expenses.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate consumer marketing research activities and integrate its findings regularly for new product launches and advertising strategies.
  • Formulate business strategy and sales plan.
  • Completing distribution target and listing procedure.
  • Product quality and freshness.
  • Prepare and monitor business annual budget.
  • Secure Markets, product sources for company.
  • Introducing credit/ TC policy.
  • Planning, Introduction of launching product with new ideas and concept in U.A.E. Market.
  • Review financial statements and utilize financial data for the enhancement of profitability.
  • Enforce product distribution standards across all trade channels to optimize sales, increase market share and achieve yearly budgets through optimum utilization of resources and efficient team management.
  • To develop the Marketing plans, sales strategy, sales & marketing budget, social and digital media handling.
  • Achieves sales target and Channel development.
  • New Business Developments
  • Expand Key Accounts Base and maintain good business relationship with their Key decision-makers like Purchasing Managers, General Managers and Partners.
  • Develop Business Plan and Sales Strategy, to achieve volume and revenue growth
  • Manage Sales Team and achieve sales through them by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
  • Sourcing Market trends and providing Market intelligence to Team & top management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and Master degree in Marketing.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • 7-8 experience in UAE in Food and Beverage Business Development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in the use of MS-Office- (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Outlook Express, Emailing & Internet.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
