Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our scaffolding division's growth across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial or construction scaffolding services, with a solid understanding of regional market dynamics, client management, and project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the scaffolding sector within the UAE (construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key decision-makers. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements. Achieve growth targets through effective sales strategies, pipeline management, and market intelligence. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and compliance of proposed solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions. Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Civil/Mechanical preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of business development experience in scaffolding, access solutions, or industrial services in the UAE or GCC. Strong network within the construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. In-depth understanding of scaffolding systems (tube & fitting, system scaffolding, suspended scaffolds, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the Emirates.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of HSE standards and scaffolding regulations in the UAE. Arabic language skills (advantageous but not mandatory). Experience working with multinational or ISO-certified companies.
