Discover Arabia is a Qatar-based tourism and experience company offering guided cultural tours, outdoor and eco experiences, yacht and dhow cruises, desert safaris, and educational programs. We work with individuals, groups, corporates, schools, and travel partners, and we are now preparing to expand our activities into Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
About the Role
We are looking for someone whose main responsibility is
bringing new business into the company
.
This role is focused on sales, partnerships, and growth. You will be responsible for finding new clients, building relationships, and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings. This is not an administrative role -- it is a hands-on business development position.
Key Responsibilities
Actively look for new business opportunities and potential clients
Contact and meet with companies, travel agencies, hotels, schools, and other partners
Promote Discover Arabia's tours and services to corporate and group clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
Support expansion efforts in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain
Keep basic records of leads, meetings, and sales results
Work closely with the management team on pricing and offers
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and attending meetings
Good command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Experience in tourism, hospitality, events, or related fields is preferred
