Job Description

JOB PURPOSE Responsible for targeting and developing leads for strategic customers, working with Strategy and Planning team to identify key anchor customers in internationally assigned territories. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and analyze market trends and requirements and ensure that proposed product/service developments are in line with customer needs standards in order to understand and exploit market trends and develop on how the organization can effectively infiltrate these markets. Proactively engage in close professional relationship with business partners/potential clients and manage key relationships with existing and potentially new customers in order to improve RAKEZ product portfolio and processes and enhance overall customer experience. Provide monthly reports and updates in order to identify actions needed and the alternative channels for focus, as well as to assist in making informed decisions in developing the business development strategy. Manage business development events and serve as a business representative at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions in order to keep up to date on changes in the industry whilst pro-actively promoting the business of RAKEZ. Handle all Media related business development activities to ensure successful conversion of strategic and non-strategic leads. Organize the list of prospect clients based on the sectors and countries aligned with the strategy department QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Educational Qualifications: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in marketing and business. Years of Experience 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating track record of success in senior Business Development roles. Free zones experience preferred. Other requirements Fluent in English and Russian. Excellent analytical ability. Market-focused and results-oriented. Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in strategies and techniques required for achieving sales target. Possesses negotiating skills. Responds well in fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills. Good communication skills. Knowledge of marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms.
