Job Description

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Salary: Up to 40,000 SAR per month (Negotiable based on experience) About the Role: As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our clients presence and fostering new business opportunities in the competitive market of KSA. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and overseeing the entire business development process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth trajectory of our clients business while advancing your career in the dynamic field of interior fit:out contracting. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and prioritise key target markets and potential clients in Riyadh and across KSA. * Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders in the industry. * Lead the end:to:end sales process, from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. * Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Masters degree preferred. * Proven track record of success in business development and sales, particularly within the interior fit:out or construction industry. * Strong understanding of the KSA market landscape, with established connections and networks in Riyadh. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities. * Self:motivated, results:oriented, and able to thrive in a fast:paced, target:driven environment. * Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
