The Business Development Manager is responsible for establishing and building executive level relationships and leveraging them in driving new profitable sales opportunities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Supports business development strategies and strategic plans of the Saudi Organization.
Support the development of new partnerships across all healthcare segments in Saudi Arabia.
Act as the voice of customer to the organization and provide the necessary feedback to the teams to help them in decision making
Establish partnerships with different stakeholders and TP companies to maximize our value proposition
Focus on Go to Market Plan and Sales Strategy and execute key business development initiatives
Embrace a key account management approach and contribute to projects success
To establish relationships with Key decision makers and KOL s at the C level within Saudi
To assist the marketing team in launching new products& gather intelligence, analyze market trends
Establish robust relationships with the Channel partners and drive investment
Work with the different stakeholders to secure BC share in the PPP projects
Work closely with the Strategic partnerships manager to establish strong presence in the different clusters in Saudi
Coordinates the support between the different functions and promote cross functional collaboration
Participate in Growth room of Saudi and drive funnel reviews capitalizing on SFDC
Assist GM in the Country in crafting and executing the needed sales and tactical plans to support growth
Attend trade shows and conferences to leverage networking opportunities and generate leads.
The essential requirements of the job include
B. Sc. Degree in Medical field
Previous experience in Business Development or commercial role in the medical field
Experience in a Lab environment preferred.
Fluent in English & Arabic
Knowledge of the Saudi market
Strong business acumen and attention to details
Good understanding of the financials of each opportunity
Ability to work with cross functional teams
Winning attitude
