Job Description

Bachelor degree in Commerce, MBA, Economics. Minimum 8 years hands-on Sales and Marketing experience in the Communication and Security Systems field, with (3) years in a supervisory level. Sound administrative, supervisory and management skills and capabilities. Ability to make a judgment and take decisions. 1. Drive the achievement of order book against annual targets as per quotas split on monthly, quarterly and half-yearly basis 2. Drive pipeline growth to assure realization of targets and top-line growth 3. Produce monthly order book forecasts and MIS reports on performance, achievements 4.Sales team effort in a goal oriented manner towards achievement of target and organic growth. 5. Define and execute sales strategies and tactics to maximize win prospects. 6. Design and Issue marketing campaign programs for JJE ED solutions CS or SS. 7. Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities. 8. Perform key account planning to identify, develop, and close business opportunities in support of the business plan and strategic objectives. Maintain favorable business relationships with key accounts. 9. Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the technical solutions offered with a strong focus on the company's products and services. Conduct sales call and make product / service presentations to meet customer needs. 10. Review and understand bid documents thoroughly to prepare bids and proposals and recommend contract prices. Execute bid strategy, provide input into the estimating process, optimize pricing, and develop project teams (consultants, subcontractors, and other internal and external collaborators) to acquire and execute profitable contracts. 11.When available and configured fully utilize company ERP to provide accurate forecasting. 12.Generate market and competitor intelligence and perform a market analysis to drive sales growth. 13. Represent organization within the appropriate industry and professional organizations. 14. Provide input into the development of marketing communications and product portfolio decisions. 15. Coordinate with the Technical department to implement pilot projects and/or project demonstrations to assist with the testing and validation of new technologies and facilitate product launches. 16. Spearhead conversion of orders to revenue through follow-ups with all process stakeholders (e.g. Logistics, PMO, Finance, Sales Support) 17. Resolve and mitigate of customer related issues to maintain highest level of customer satisfaction and business continuity 18. Formulate and prepare various departmental MIS reports reflecting status, performance & forecasts; provide on-demand reports to management 19. Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with sales team aimed at evaluating performance, building forecasts, solutions for improvement and resolution of issues - customer or internal 20. Conduct performance evaluation of sales team and provide counselling for improvement Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
