Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop opportunities & maintain existing customers in UAE specific countries.
  • Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Define and execute territory sales plans
  • Promote the organization and products
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Conduct research on competitors in the industry and develop plans and strategies in increase branding and market share as needed
  • Prepare for sales presentations and perform demonstration of product at office & client\xe2\x80\x99s premises
  • Follow up on qualified leads to convert them to customers.
  • Work with Marketing team to develop sales campaigns to penetrate new territories and industry verticals
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue and generate timely sales report
  • Formulate sales policies and procedures, pricing schedules and rates together with management team
  • Manage distributors by setting sales targets and monitoring distributor performance
  • Building rapport and maintain existing relationships with current accounts and handle all distribution network
Job requirements:
  • Have good market development capability and more than 3 years of experience in sales development
  • Experienced in /POS / Payment / RFID /AIDC Technology and has existing network
  • Good working attitude and communication skills.
  • Ability to hands on and use commonly used office software.
