? No Printing / Packaging experience
? Expecting company-provided sales leads
? Unable to generate business independently
? Uncomfortable with daily reporting and target pressure
MANDATORY - NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5 years of DIRECT sales experience in PRINTING / PACKAGING - MUST
Sales must be generated from the FIRST MONTH
Candidate must generate OWN leads
( No company leads, databases, or contacts will be provided)
Proven ability to close deals independently
Local candidates in Qatar ONLY
Valid Qatar Driving License
(own car)(Read Carefully)
This role is strictly for
experienced printing and packaging sales professionals
who canoperate independently without support leads
. You will be fully responsible forlead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures
.Key Responsibilities
Generate new business
without any company-provided leads
Meet clients, present printing & packaging solutions, and close deals AchieveQAR 50,000 monthly sales target
Conduct daily sales calls and client visitsMANDATORY daily return to office after sales calls
Submitdaily sales activity reports
Submitweekly sales performance reports
Coordinate with production team for order execution Maintain accurate client and sales recordsPerformance Expectations
Sales performance will be reviewed
from the first month
Consistent failure to meet expectations will lead to role discontinuation This role istarget-driven and performance-critical
