Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities
- To hire and manage personal loans and credit cards business for a leading UAE bank
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Providing regular updates and reports to upper management on the performance of business development efforts.
- Candidate with employee banking experience
- Minimum 5 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the area of retail banking as business development manager / team leader in the U.A.E
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
