Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies and tactics to grow sales of the company and increase market share.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to potential clients.
  • Periodic visits and meetings with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Recommend different services to customers and offer sales support.
  • Perform demonstration sessions to clients.
  • Develop and communicate proposals to clients, draft and prepare contracts to clients.
  • Set up and measure KPIs and regularly review sales process improvements.
  • Create and deploy successful marketing campaigns.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for company website, social media channels, emails, etc.
  • Develop, oversee, and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage CRM of the company.
  • Prepare and monitor the sales and marketing budget.
  • Issue weekly and monthly reports on the performance of sales and marketing to CEO.
  • Assist in other special projects as required by CEO.
Skills
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role
  • Good knowledge of industry business including Testing, Inspection, Certification, Training, Software business
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical thinker, problem-solving, team player and time-management skills
