The Role: We are searching for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development professional in the Service Assurance & Analytics software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base within the communication service providers sector. As a Business Development professional, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with account directors to close sales deals across MEAI region. You will work closely with our sales and marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategies that align with our company goals. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong understanding of the communication service providers industry and a proven track record of success in sales and business development. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills and is able to effectively articulate the value and benefits of our solutions and services to potential clients.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients
Conduct market research to identify target industries and companies
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and achievements
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Computer Software industry
Solid technical background and good understanding of service assurance solutions
Existing relationships with decision makers and influencers within regional network and mobile operators
Strong understanding of the software industry and its trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
