We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in

real estate performance marketing

across Dubai and international markets. Our core focus is helping real estate developers, brokerages, and agents generate qualified property leads through data-driven campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

We're now looking for an ambitious and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to drive client acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and onboard

real estate companies, brokers, and developers

seeking digital marketing services. Present and sell agency packages (lead generation, content + ads, branding solutions). Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and performance reviews. Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets. Conduct market research to identify new trends and potential opportunities in Dubai's real estate marketing sector. Collaborate with internal marketing and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success. Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, proposals, and conversions.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in

real estate sales, marketing, or agency business development

(UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation). Excellent communication and negotiation skills in

English

(Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus). Existing network of real estate agents or developers is highly advantageous. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
