The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and managing the full business development lifecycle. Saudi Arabia or travel extensively as required.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas market in Saudi Arabia
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, operators, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders
Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and bids in line with client and regulatory requirements
Lead negotiations of contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure profitable agreements
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring
Collaborate with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment with client needs
Manage the complete business development process from lead generation to contract award
Achieve assigned revenue targets and support long-term growth strategies
Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience
in business development or sales within the
Oil & Gas industry
Strong understanding of upstream, midstream, and/or downstream operations
Proven experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and deal closing
Experience in the Saudi Arabian market and knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards is an advantage
Established network of industry contacts
