Out client is looking for an enterprising Business Development Manager to join their UAE team. This pivotal role focuses on steering market penetration and making their LED lighting products the go-to choice for top-tier MEP consultants, lighting designers, specifiers, and real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify key stakeholders and viable opportunities within the UAE\'s MEP consulting, lighting design, specifier, and real estate development sectors.

- Strategically plan and execute initiatives to position our LED lighting products as the preferred choice for diverse projects across industries.

- Build and sustain strong relationships with MEP consultants, lighting designers, specifiers, and real estate developers by understanding their unique needs and delivering customized lighting solutions.

- Act as the principal liaison between the company and our clients, ensuring enduring, mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Gain an intricate understanding of our LED lighting product range, including their technical specifications and various applications.

- Offer expert technical advice and comprehensive product knowledge to clients, aiding them in specifying our products for their projects.

- Collaborate seamlessly with internal project teams and external clients to ensure flawless integration of our LED lighting solutions from design to installation.

- Attend project meetings to provide technical insights, resolve challenges, and address concerns proactively.

- Achieve defined sales targets and revenue goals by actively securing product specifications in prospective projects.

- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to effectively engage and win clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the LED lighting sector.

- Continuously identify and act upon opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

Requirements

- Preferably a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines.

- A proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, coupled with an extensive network within the UAE\xe2\x80\x99s MEP consulting, lighting design, specifier, and real estate development communities.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- In-depth knowledge of LED lighting products and their diverse applications

- A self-starter attitude, driven by results, and capable of autonomous work.

- Familiarity with UAE construction and lighting industry norms and regulations.
