Job Description
- Create, evaluate, and implement strategic business plans for the growth and development of opportunities.
- Develop, review and report on the sales and business development strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the business.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and build a lifetime value for exciting customers.
- Developing presentations and proposal documents and accompany partners on new business pitches where appropriate.
- Initiate and lead the sales process in Spot Rental to build new mobility services, tech products and successfully grow and diversify the business in transportation.
- Devise and deploy all business development goals and objectives pertaining to Automak solutions including the preparation of sales targets and budgets.
- Use market knowledge to identify and further develop and position Automak\xe2\x80\x99 s unique selling proposition.
- Suggest and initiate marketing initiatives to support sales activities and to position Automak as a valued partner for customers.
- Collaborate with Automak leadership to develop short- and long-term strategic plans.
- Help to open new relationships with businesses that are cold to Automak.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Have an excellent understanding of the company\xe2\x80\x99s services and products and be able to advise others about them and promote/sell the company services to external customers.
- Conduct market price research and suggest improvement on current pricing strategy and develop an understanding of competitor activity and services.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Business Development: 5 years (Preferred)
