About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience within malls/ shopping centers and/or retail, property management, or real estate services field, with 5 in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of management practices, leadership, and people management skills
- Good knowledge of property management practices and standards
- Strong sense of the latest trends in retail, F&B, and Entertainment and generally able to spot the trends elsewhere to be able to use the same for our property
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several work streams in parallel
- Decision-making quality based on analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment
- High level of personal and professional integrity, including discretion with confidential and personal data, and high ethical standards
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) - English and Arabic Languages
- GCC National
