As the Business Development Manager you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company\xe2\x80\x99s business growth and building market position.
You will:

  • Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion.
  • Document business development activities.
  • Present our products and services to new clients.
  • Conduct market research regularly.
  • Identify key markets and provide the input.
  • Build strategies for specified markets.
  • Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
  • Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients.
  • Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts.
  • Attend major industry events.

Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Native Japanese speaker. Fluent in English.
  • 2+ years in a similar role or as the head of a region within the financial sector.
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.
  • Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes.
  • Keep pro-active position in running a business.
  • The ability to travel is a must.
