As such, we're looking for Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for strict compliance with WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and managing the overall Infant Nutrition operations in a given country. You will also play an important part in ensuring that business objectives are met in line with the strategy established for Infant Nutrition in the MENA region.

A DAY IN THE LIFE ... Develop category vision, objectives and supporting strategies for MBS and dynamic forecast for the country. Achieve the set business objectives for market shares, value, volume, RIG, and OG for the category for his/her country. Manage and lead a high-performance team of Medical Field Managers and their direct reports in the assigned territory to provide accurate information to Healthcare Professionals about Nestlé's Infant Nutrition products. Implement with Field Operation Manager of medical field operations strategy including the activities of the Nestlé Nutrition Institute. Ensure conducting of monthly cycle meetings, instructing the medical field managers and medical delegates on the use of new literature / promotion materials, as well as updates team on new development in nutrition, products and regulations communicated by the Nutrition Management. Ensures that action points arising from these meetings are followed up and implemented. Develop and implementation of sales and distribution strategies in coordination with Head of Sales and Head of CCSD. Initiate and coordinate major business projects such as new business launches (innovation) or business improvement. Coordinate with and support of the country Regulatory Affairs Manager for all issues pertaining to registration, regulatory approval and issues management for Nestlé Nutrition. Ensure personal development of all direct reports through use of feedback, coaching, PDP and check in on both functional and leadership aspects. Ensure proper development plans are in place for healthy succession plans for key positions. Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.

What will make you successful... University Degree in Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science / Medicine / Nutrition / Biology / Business. 6-8 years previous experience in Medical Field operations, Sales and/or Marketing. Excellent interpersonal, influencing and networking skills. Problem solving, multitasking approach. Strong communication and presentation skills. Developed analysis, decision making and problem-solving skills. Complete understanding of the WHO Code.
