: Researching and identifying new construction projects, sector trends (e.g., green building, modular construction), and emerging markets to expand the company's footprint.
Develop Growth Plans
: Creating and executing long-term strategic plans and annual sales targets aligned with the company's financial objectives.
Competitor Analysis
: Monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and service offerings to ensure the company remains competitive in the bidding process.
2. Relationship & Network Management
Client Acquisition
: Proactively seeking out and building relationships with new clients, including developers, architects, engineers, and government entities.
Stakeholder Engagement
: Maintaining a strong network of industry contacts through regular attendance at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Customer Retention
: Managing existing client relationships to secure repeat business and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Tendering & Proposal Management
