The Business Development Manager for HR Staffing Solutions is responsible for driving the growth of the business by acquiring new clients, developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding the company's presence in the HR staffing and talent solutions market. This role requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry, along with excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: o Identify new business opportunities by engaging with HR leaders, decision-makers, and hiring managers in target industries. o Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring client retention and repeat business. o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing solutions to their staffing needs. 2. Sales Strategy & Execution: o Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets, including revenue and growth objectives. o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and client needs. o Tailor staffing solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates. 3. Proposal Development & Negotiation: o Lead the development of proposals and staffing solutions tailored to each client's requirements. o Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. o Manage the end-to-end sales process, from proposal presentation to deal closure. 4. Account Management: o Oversee the delivery of staffing solutions and ensure clients' satisfaction throughout the engagement. o Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining strong client relationships. o Regularly review client accounts, identifying areas for growth and additional service offerings. 5. Market Expansion & Lead Generation: o Identify new markets, sectors, and industries for business growth opportunities. o Generate leads through networking, industry events, and proactive outreach to potential clients. o Monitor and report on market trends, client demands, and industry best practices. 6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in CRM systems. o Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, and market conditions to senior management. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: o Experience: 5-8 years of experience in business development or sales within the HR staffing, recruitment, or talent solutions industry. o Track Record: Proven success in acquiring new clients, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. o Skills: o Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. o Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal teams. o In-depth understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment processes. o Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, opportunities, and client relationships. o Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
