AED 15,000/month + Uncapped Commission

Languages Required:

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to support Greenbull's fundraising efforts, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This position is centered around raising capital for real estate flip projects and group-wide investment vehicles, with direct involvement in strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with the VP of Business Development and play a vital role in expanding our investor network and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify, engage, and qualify HNW investors across GCC, Europe, Asia, and globally. Research and uncover new business opportunities--clients, partnerships, events, and untapped channels. Attend investor-focused seminars, conferences, and networking events. Build and manage a strong pipeline of HNW relationships.
Sales & Funnel Execution

Confidently pitch investment offerings and communicate the company's value proposition. Execute strategic sales campaigns and investor outreach initiatives. Pre-qualify and pass high-quality leads to the VP Close deals
Deal Preparation & Meeting Support

Prepare decks, investor documentation, and compliance materials. Co-manage the VP's calendar to ensure optimal meeting flow and availability. Support during investor meetings and assist in follow-ups post-meeting. Maintain CRM records and ensure all sales pipeline activities are up to date.
Relationship Management

Deliver exceptional after-sales support and relationship nurturing. Liaise with external partners to ensure a premium client experience. Ensure all onboarding and compliance requirements are properly handled.
Strategic Development

Think beyond daily execution and contribute to long-term fundraising strategies. Streamline internal processes to increase efficiency and maximise capital-raising results.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, capital raising, investment sales, or related roles. Proven experience working with HNW clients and/or exposure to the GCC wealth market. Degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred). Valid UAE Driver's License. Strong communication and presentation skills in English (French and/or Arabic is a plus). Self-motivated, well-organized, and highly accountable. Strategic thinker with the ability to align day-to-day work with long-term goals. Must be currently based in Dubai. This is a 100% on-site role
