Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within the healthcare sector. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a growth strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. While not a requirement, previous experience in a recruitment or staffing agency would be considered a plus.
