Job Summary: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of our interior design services. This role requires a self-motivated and highly organized individual who can effectively collaborate with our design team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of interior design services through market research, networking, and cold calling. \xe2\x80\xa2 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives. Provide personalized design solutions tailored to each client\'s unique requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Business Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth goals and expand our client base. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our design expertise, portfolio, and value proposition. \xe2\x80\xa2 Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use this knowledge to position the company effectively in the market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure seamless project execution, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and performance metrics, regularly reporting progress to the senior management team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to expand your professional network and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (Master\'s degree is a plus). \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the interior design industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of interior design concepts and trends. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and negotiation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 A valid driver\'s license and access to reliable transportation.
