Job Title: Business Development Manager (Forwarding)

Salary: AED 10,000 - 15,000

Sales Target: 4 times the salary

Job Responsibilities:

- Offer company's product portfolio to customers.
- Ocean Freighting - Export, Import, and X-Trade Sales - both FCL (Full Container Load) & LCL (Less than Container Loads).
- Air Freighting - Export, Import and X-Trade Sales.
- Warehousing & Distribution & 3PL (Crating/Lashing, Exhibition, Last Mile Delivery).
- Customs Clearance & Transportation - Both Export and Import for Ocean and Air shipments.
- Break Bulk / ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo) shipments.
- Sales and Business Development: To achieve target of both revenue and volume with constant endeavour to meet and on-board new customers. Also, to ensure increasing the "share of wallet" with the existing accounts month on month.
- MIS - market analysis and reporting.
- Controlling Credit for existing and future customers.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 4-5 years' sales/business development experience in forwarding domain.
- Open to all nationalities.
- Immediately available candidates preferred; maximum 30 days' notice period accepted.
- Experience in leading a team.
