Job Title: Business Development Manager - Forwarding Sales

Salary: AED 8,000 - AED 15,000 per month + Fuel Allowance + Sales Commission

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager - Forwarding
Sales to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling freight forwarding and logistics
solutions across the UAE. The ideal candidate should possess a strong network in the shipping
and logistics industry and hands-on experience in Air & Sea Freight Sales, 3PL, and customs
clearance services.
Key Responsibilities:
? Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
in freight forwarding, including Air Freight, Sea Freight, Warehousing & 3PL, Customs
Clearance, and Break Bulk Shipments.
? Client Acquisition: Develop new customer relationships and expand the existing client
base through strategic sales activities and networking.
? Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue and volume targets through
proactive client engagement and solution-based selling.
? Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential
business opportunities and market gaps.
? Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare competitive commercial proposals, quotations, and
presentations to close deals successfully.
? Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with
key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
? Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and pricing teams to ensure timely
response to client requirements and delivery of promised services.
? Reporting: Maintain updated sales records, customer data, and pipeline reports for
management review.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
? 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Logistics
industry (mandatory).
? Strong knowledge of Air and Sea Freight, 3PL, and customs clearance processes.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
? Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
? Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, Sharjah, or Abu Dhabi.
Compensation & Benefits:
? Salary: AED 8,000 - AED 15,000 per month (based on experience).
? Additional Benefits: Fuel Allowance + Attractive Sales Commission.
? Other Benefits: As per UAE Labor Law.
