Only Candidates with B2B experience in Catering and FnB will be considered. We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a food and beverage brand. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, particularly with high-end corporate clients, and promoting our food and catering services. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential high-end corporate clients for food and catering services
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including corporate event planners and decision-makers
Respond to RFPs and lead the proposal process to secure new business
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and partners
Collaborate with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and marketing, to develop customized proposals and pitches that meet client needs and exceed expectations
Attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to build brand awareness and generate leads
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance to senior management
Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the food and beverage industry, particularly with high-end corporate clients
Strong sales skills and ability to drive revenue growth through effective relationship-building and sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions that meet and exceed expectations
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, as required
