Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategy
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow FMCG sales and market share
Identify new business opportunities, product categories, and distribution channels
Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, and growth targets
Sales & Market Expansion
Manage key accounts including modern trade, traditional trade, wholesalers, and distributors
Expand geographic and channel coverage across Abu Dhabi and the UAE
Drive product listings, promotions, and in-store visibility
Partner & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, margins, and promotional agreements
Monitor distributor performance and ensure target achievement
Market Analysis & Reporting
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Track sales performance, KPIs, and ROI on promotions
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution
Support product launches and marketing campaigns
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
