We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Country Business Development Manager for Specialty Fertilizers, Bio Stimulants & Biological sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the agricultural industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive business growth through effective strategies and relationship-building. Roles & Responsibilities: Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the specialty fertilizers and bio stimulants segment.
Develop comprehensive sales strategies and business plans to penetrate the market, expand the customer base, and achieve revenue targets.
Sales and Business Growth:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the agricultural sector.
Promote and sell our range of specialty fertilizers and bio stimulants, addressing customer requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Acquire an in-depth understanding of our products, their benefits, and how they meet the needs of various crops and farming practices.
Conducts sales presentations, farm trials & demonstrations, and coordinates the development of bid proposals and quotes.
Provide training and technical support to clients, distributors, and sales teams, ensuring proper product usage and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Market Trends Monitoring:
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in the field of specialty fertilizers, biologicals & bio stimulants.
Use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies, identify emerging opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and research and development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to present to senior management.
Budget Management:
Manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum ROI and profitability.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales and business development within the agricultural sector, particularly in specialty fertilizers and bio stimulants.
Strong understanding of crop nutrition, soil health, and sustainable farming practices
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
