We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for our event, and exhibition services. You will work closely with clients, develop strong relationships, and ensure the successful execution of projects that align with our company\'s goals. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the company\'s client base.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and potential clients for events, and exhibitions.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, and presentations to showcase our capabilities and offerings.
  • Understand client needs and tailor proposals to meet their specific objectives.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation techniques.
  • Qualify leads and assess potential clients\' fit with our services.
Contract Negotiation and Closure:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure deals that align with company goals.
  • Ensure the timely closure of sales contracts and agreements.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Analyze sales data to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven sales and business development experience in Event & Exhibition industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
