Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers section in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the EV industry, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies. This role is instrumental in driving the growth of our EV charging solutions in the UAE market. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the EV charging sector in the UAE.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to position our EV chargers for success in the UAE market.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, potential partners, and clients in the EV charging sector.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand our presence and market share in the UAE.
  • Create and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and sales goals.
  • Build a strong sales team and oversee the development of sales channels and partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our EV charging solutions meet the specific needs of the UAE market.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve the product offering and enhance its competitiveness.
  • Stay updated on all regulatory and compliance requirements related to EV charging in the UAE.
  • Ensure that our products and operations adhere to all relevant regulations.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote our EV charging solutions, including brand positioning, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Build brand awareness and strengthen the company\'s reputation in the EV charger sector.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development within the EV or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of the EV charging market in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
