Overview:
G42 Healthcare ? Environmental Sciences is committed to developing a world-class sustainable testing and inspection business in the UAE and wider region. At the forefront tin the battle against the pandemic, G42 Healthcare partnered with Abu Dhabi authorities to develop a massive throughout in 14 days and spearheaded the world?s first Phase 3 clinical trail of COVID-19 inactivated vaccine. Beyond Covid-19, G42 Healthcare is also developing a program of activities to protect the Environment and Health of future generations- ranging from food, water, agriculture, soil, veterinary, environmental testing etc. Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyse potential new clients & business development opportunities to drive G42 Healthcare?s Environmental Science (Laboratory Testing and Inspection) revenue targets as per current capabilities along with future plans to increase customer base and penetration of use cases for continued revenue inflow/recurring billing.
  • Ensure that sales, marketing and communication initiatives are aligned to the overall growth strategy.
  • Execute the BD activities for new services including planning client visits, follow ups, forecasting and reporting status updates on the CRM.
  • Give inputs to the marketing team to work in synergy to meet assigned the revenue targets.
  • Achieve assigned sales revenue, margin and target in the assigned sector/territory.
  • Drive the private sector growth in the UAE and wider region for laboratory testing and inspection services.
  • Closely monitor market trends and competitor activities in the laboratory testing and inspection services and propose counter actions to the Top Management.
  • Manage the sales process including, but not limited to, lead generation and management, sales pitch, proposal development as well as negotiation and closure of agreements.
  • Undertake bid management activities, including development of business proposals to secure new contracts, responses to RFPs and other related documentation.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process including opportunity identification, opportunity assessment, pursuits, pre-proposal, and proposal development & submission.
  • Report effectively on key bid activities, proposal submissions, sales activities, revenue pipeline, risks and commercial opportunities to senior management in a timely manner.
  • Review and assess the potential to develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including, but not limited to, food and beverage industry, construction sector, Oil & Gas sector, hospitals, medical and/or pharmaceutical departments of universities and pharmaceutical companies for testing and inspection services.
  • Support the expansion and growth of G42 Environmental Sciences by fostering continued business development with existing clients and developing new customer relationships.
  • Manage key customers and accounts and monitor their performance to address critical issues.
  • Participate in business forums, conferences and thought leadership forums representing G42 Environmental Sciences as a leader in laboratory and testing services.
Qualifications:
  • The yardsticks of your success would include lead generation, revenue via new customers, percentage increase in market share, number of leads generated, and employee & customer NPS.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / or MBA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a microbiological and chemical testing laboratory within the UAE market
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
