Job Description
:
Develop and execute business development strategies for patient and partner acquisition. Build strong relationships with insurance providers, corporate wellness programs, community organizations, and healthcare networks. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities. Organize outreach campaigns, corporate events, and promotional activities. Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure service quality and alignment with business goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE healthcare or clinic industry. Strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance systems. Proven track record in achieving business development targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
