We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand market presence for our building materials portfolio across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the construction industry and a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and project-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, and project owners
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Promote and sell building materials to construction projects, fit-out companies, and trading partners
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order execution
Track project pipelines, tenders, and upcoming developments in the UAE market
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
Attend client meetings, site visits, industry events, and exhibitions
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and monthly performance updates for management
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
